A space created with you in mind. You don’t have to journey alone. Weekly groups meet on Wednesdays, 11:30AM - 1:00PM. Led by black therapists, the weekly sessions will share tools and education to help navigate topics such as: Self-care, Mood Changes, Parenting, Maintaining Relationships, and Building Community.
